Four football teams will participate in Shwe Yaung Pya Challenge Cup

Shwe Yaung Pya Challenge Cup will be held on 3rd and 4th January 2016 at Shwe Yaung Pya Rubber Plantation, Beelin Township, Mon State in commemoration event for celebrating their 11th year anniversary.  Four football teams comprising of AYA Bank and subsidiaries of Max Myanmar such as Construction, Max Energy, and host Shwe Yaung Pya Agro will participate in this tournament.

School time for children

Ayeyarwady Foundation team left Yangon heading the town of Belin where four new schools awaited. We drove carefully and steadily along the roads where the way ahead was covered by thick mists. No matter how thick were the mists, when we marched on slowly and steadily with wisdom, perseverance and good conscious, as fast as we could, it proved that we could get to our destiny in time by reaching Belin around 8 AM and from that sense, we got strengths to march on for our nation likewise. The main thing driving us is the passion based on love.

Ayeyarwady Foundation will build another four schools and a clinic in Mon State

Ayeyarwady Foundation built and donated four schools at Shwe Yaung Pya and nearby villages in Mon State early this year. After this, other nearby villages also requested to build and renovate schools as well. Now, Ayeyarwady Foundation is planning to build four new schools and a clinic at Win Phone, Matcha, Thone Ain Su and Zee Win villages.

Land Compensation in Shwe Yaung Pya Village

Since it’s inception in 1993, Max Myanmar Group has based it’s businesses in trading, construction, agriculture and livestock and fisheries. The group has properly compensated the farmers when acquiring land for development use obtained legally and in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the previous government. The Group never forces, influence high authorities in obtaining nor confiscate land, which will not be beneficial to the original landowners/farmers.

Among the 60 large companies in Myanmar, Max Myanmar Holding is one of the top 3 companies with most transparent policies on “anti-corruption, organizational transparency, and human rights, health, safety and the environment (HSE) issues” according to the first report of Pwint Thit Sar Project conducted by Myanmar Center for Responsible Business (MCRB).

HRM Principles and Application training for Max Holding management executives

130 management executives from seven subsidiaries of Max Myanmar Holding Co., Ltd have attended the training on HRM Principles and Application provided by consultants from Billion Force HR Consultant Firm at UMFCCI Minglar Hall, today 15th July 2014, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The training was attended by several top management executives from Max Holding and its subsidiaries.
